1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Reliable Roofing & Restoration Inc (“Reliable Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Colorado corporation located at 1313 W 121st Avenue, Westminster, CO 80234.
By visiting https://reliableroof4u.com, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, texting or calling us, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use this site or request services.
2. What This Site Is
Our website provides general information about our roofing, gutter, and storm restoration services and lets you request a free consultation. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a guaranteed price, a warranty, or professional advice about your specific property or insurance claim.
3. Estimates, Inspections, and Contracts
- Free estimates and inspections are exactly that: free and non binding on both sides.
- Estimates are based on what is visible and known at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, decking replacement, code upgrades, material price changes, and insurance scope revisions can change the final price.
- No work is authorized and no binding agreement exists until you and Reliable Roofing sign a written contract for the specific project. That signed contract, together with any change orders, governs the work. If anything in that contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed contract controls for that project.
- Estimates are typically valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise in writing.
- Scheduling is weather dependent. We may reschedule for safety.
4. Colorado Residential Roofing Law Disclosures
For residential roofing work in Colorado, Article 22 of Title 6 of the Colorado Revised Statutes applies. Consistent with that law:
- We will provide you with a written contract describing the scope of work, the approximate dates of service, the price or the method for determining it, and our contact information, including a physical address.
- You may rescind your contract for roofing services and receive a full refund of any deposit within 72 hours after signing.
- If your work will be paid from the proceeds of a property and casualty insurance claim, you may also rescind within 72 hours after you receive written notice from your insurer that the claim has been denied in whole or in part. Notice of rescission must be given to us in writing at the physical address listed in your contract, and may be sent electronically, by mail, or by personal delivery.
- If you rescind under those provisions, we will return any deposits or payments within 10 days of the rescission.
- Any payment you make before work begins will be held in trust until we have delivered roofing materials to the jobsite or performed a majority of the roofing work.
- We cannot and will not pay, waive, rebate, or offer to pay, waive, or rebate all or any part of your insurance deductible. Doing so is prohibited by Colorado law.
- We are not public adjusters. We do not negotiate or adjust insurance claims on your behalf and we do not provide insurance, legal, or tax advice. We can document damage, provide a scope and pricing based on our professional assessment, and meet with your adjuster at your request. Decisions about your claim are between you and your insurer.
5. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms
These SMS terms apply to every messaging program we operate.
Program description. Reliable Roofing & Restoration Inc sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, crew arrival notices, project status updates, estimate and invoice notifications, replies to questions you send us, and occasional promotional offers about roofing, gutter, and storm restoration services.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the consent box on one of our web forms or lead forms, by texting us first, or by giving us express written or verbal consent. Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and your interactions with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for their own purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and customer service vendors, is permitted solely to deliver the service. Number changes. Please tell us if you give up or change your mobile number so we do not message someone else at that number.
6. Payment, Deposits, and Insurance Proceeds
- Payment terms, deposit amounts, and schedules are set out in your signed contract.
- If your project is funded by an insurance claim, you remain responsible for your deductible and for any amounts your insurer does not pay, including upgrades you select beyond the approved scope.
- Late payments may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by law and as stated in your contract.
- We may record a mechanic’s lien as allowed under Colorado law for unpaid work.
7. Warranties
- Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your signed contract.
- Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by us, and are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, registration requirements, and exclusions.
- Warranties do not cover damage from later storms, impact, foot traffic, work performed by others, structural movement, neglected maintenance, or modifications made after our work.
- Except as expressly stated in a signed contract, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, logos, photographs, project galleries, graphics, and layout, is owned by Reliable Roofing & Restoration Inc or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own non commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or use our content or images for any other purpose without our written permission.
Third party marks such as GAF, BBB, HomeAdvisor, and NRCA belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify our certifications and affiliations.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Submit a phone number you are not authorized to give consent for

10. Reviews, Photos, and Testimonials
If you post a review, send us photos, or give us a testimonial, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in our marketing, on our website, and on our social media, along with your first name and general location. Tell us in writing if you would like us to stop using it and we will remove it going forward from the channels we control.
We may photograph completed work and jobsites for portfolio, warranty, training, and marketing purposes. Tell us before work begins if you prefer that we do not.
11. Third Party Links and Services
Our site links to third party sites and services, including financing partners, manufacturers, review platforms, and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
12. Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the site is complete, current, or accurate for your situation. Pricing ranges, timelines, and general guidance published on the site are illustrative only.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reliable Roofing & Restoration Inc and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of this website, even if we were advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this website is limited to $100. This section does not limit liability for our performance under a signed services contract, which is governed by that contract, and does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law.
14. Indemnification

Dispute resolution for a specific project is governed by the terms of your signed contract.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any signed project contract, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this website.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
