2.1 Information you give us

Contact details: name, mailing address, property address, email address, and phone number
Project details: roof type and age, the nature of the damage or work you need, photos you send us, permit or HOA information, and notes about your property
Insurance and claim information: insurer name, claim number, adjuster contact details, policy documents, and scope of loss documents you choose to share with us so we can help with your restoration project
Financing information: if you apply for financing through one of our lending partners, you provide your information directly to that lender. We generally receive only approval status and amount, not your full credit application or credit score

Advertising and lead platforms. When you submit a lead form on Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Google, or a similar platform, that platform sends us the information you entered along with basic campaign details.
Lead referral services. We may receive your contact information and project details from home services matching networks such as HomeAdvisor or Angi when you request quotes through them.
Insurance carriers and adjusters. With your authorization, we may exchange claim and scope information with your insurer.
Property data providers. We may use publicly available property records, satellite and aerial measurement services, and county assessor data to prepare estimates.
Referrals. If someone refers you to us, we may receive your name and contact information from them.

2.4 Sensitive information

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, or information about your race, religion, sexual orientation, or immigration status. Please do not send us this information. If you send it anyway, we will delete it when we identify it unless we are legally required to keep it.

4. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) and Your Consent

This section explains how we handle mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent. It applies to all of our messaging programs.

4.1 How we get your consent

We send text messages only to people who have given us express written consent, for example by checking a consent box on a website form or lead form, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent during a conversation with our team. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

4.4 Our commitment on mobile data and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes, and are not sold, rented, or licensed.

Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services on our behalf, such as our messaging platform provider, customer service vendors, and scheduling software, is permitted solely so those vendors can deliver the service to us. Those vendors are contractually restricted from using the information for any other purpose.

This commitment applies regardless of any other sharing described elsewhere in this policy. Where this section conflicts with another section, this section controls for mobile numbers and SMS consent data.

5. Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics

5.1 Technologies we use

We use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and server side tracking. These fall into a few groups:

Strictly necessary: keeps the site working, secures forms, and supports Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from spam and abuse
Analytics: helps us understand how visitors use the site, for example Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Advertising: helps us show relevant ads and measure whether they worked, for example the Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API, and Google Ads tags

5.2 Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising

We advertise on Meta platforms. In connection with that advertising:

The Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API may send Meta information about actions you take on our website, such as viewing a page or submitting a quote request, along with technical identifiers. Some of this data is shared from our servers rather than your browser.
We may upload contact information such as hashed email addresses or phone numbers to create Custom Audiences so we can show ads to existing contacts, or Lookalike Audiences built from those lists. Identifiers are hashed before upload.
When you submit a Meta lead form, Meta transmits your responses to us and to our customer relationship management system.
Meta acts as an independent controller or business for some of this data. Meta’s own handling of your information is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and its Cookies Policy.

You can control how Meta uses your data for ads through Meta’s Ad Preferences and Off-Facebook Activity settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

We do not use Meta advertising tools to target or exclude audiences based on legally protected characteristics, and we do not send Meta sensitive personal information.

5.3 Google

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager. Google’s practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our site is protected by reCAPTCHA. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that feature.

5.4 Your choices

5.5 Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized universal opt out signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data and targeted advertising, where state law requires it. The signal applies to the browser or device that sends it.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information in these situations, subject always to the mobile data commitment in Section 4.4:

Service providers and subcontractors. Roofing crews and subcontractors, material suppliers and delivery services, dumpster and equipment vendors, our CRM and messaging platform, our website and hosting vendors, email and call handling providers, payment processors, accountants, and IT support. They may use the information only to perform work for us.
Insurance carriers and adjusters. With your permission, to support your claim.
Financing partners. If you request financing, so they can evaluate your application.
Manufacturers and warranty administrators. For example GAF, to register your warranty and verify certification requirements.
Advertising and analytics partners. As described in Section 5.
Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, property, or the safety of others, or to enforce our agreements.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics activity described in Section 5 may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” for cross context behavioral advertising under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Section 7.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 Rights available to residents of Colorado, California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

We will verify your identity before acting, usually by matching the information in your request to what we already have on file. We will respond within the timeframe your state law requires, generally 45 days, and may extend once when reasonably necessary.

7.4 Right to appeal

8. Marketing Emails and Calls

Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email us to be removed. We will still send transactional messages about active projects.
Phone. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and state do not call lists. If you ask to stop receiving marketing calls, we will add you to our internal do not call list. Existing customer and inquiry relationships may allow calls in some cases, but we will always honor a direct request to stop.
Call recording. We may record or monitor calls for quality, training, dispute resolution, and safety. You will be notified at the start of the call where required.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it. In practice:

Inquiries that do not become projects: typically up to 3 years
Customer project records, contracts, and photos: typically at least 7 years, and longer where a workmanship or manufacturer warranty is still in effect
Financial and tax records: as long as required by law, typically 7 years
Marketing and consent records, including SMS consent and opt out records: for as long as the consent is active plus at least 4 years after it ends, so we can show compliance

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transmission on our website, and vendor agreements. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

11. Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third Party Websites

Our website links to other sites, including social media, manufacturer sites, financing partners, and review platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information.

13. Users Outside the United States

We operate in Colorado and serve customers in the United States. If you access our site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on our website. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
